1. Who we are and what we do
True Clarity Financial Partners is an insurance agency. We hold state insurance licenses required to offer annuity and indexed universal life insurance solutions for retirement income planning, serving educators, educational staff, non-profit health professionals, and public-sector employees.
Insurance business conducted through True Clarity is performed by licensed individual insurance producers holding active insurance licenses in the states where they conduct business, with a practice focused on retirement income planning for the public-sector and education workforce. We do not solicit or transact insurance business in states where our representatives are not licensed.
2. Important disclosures about the scope of our services
We are an insurance agency, not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. Our retirement income planning is limited to insurance-based solutions — we do not provide investment advisory services, and we do not buy, sell, or recommend securities. Nothing on this site should be understood as an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security.
We are not affiliated with any school, school district, retirement system, or government agency. We are not employees, agents, or representatives of any public retirement system, teacher retirement system, or employer plan sponsor. Our representatives are independent third-party licensed insurance professionals. No communication from us should be read as coming from, endorsed by, or approved by your employer or your retirement system.
We do not provide tax or legal advice. Retirement, pension, and insurance decisions frequently carry tax consequences. Consult a qualified tax professional or attorney about your particular situation before acting.
Insurance products are issued by third-party carriers. Product guarantees depend on the claims-paying ability and financial strength of the issuing insurance company, not on True Clarity. Product availability, features, and rates vary by state and are subject to change.
We are compensated through commissions. When a client purchases an insurance product through us, we receive compensation from the issuing carrier. Consultations carry no separate fee to you.
3. Informational purpose only
The content on this site — including articles, descriptions of products, general explanations of retirement income planning, and illustrations — is general information. It is not personalized advice and does not account for your individual circumstances.
Nothing on this site creates a client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship. Such a relationship arises only through a separate written agreement or a completed application with an issuing carrier.

4. Scheduling a consultation
Submitting an appointment request does not create a binding obligation on either side. We may decline or reschedule requests, including where our representatives are not licensed in your state or where we are not able to assist with your question.
Consultations are typically conducted by video conference. You are responsible for having a suitable device and internet connection.
You agree that the information you provide when requesting an appointment is accurate and that you are submitting it on your own behalf.
5. Consent to be contacted
By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us about your request, by email, telephone, or text message at the contact details you provide.
Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing any product. You may withdraw consent at any time — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, reply STOP to a text, tell us during a call, or email contact@trueclarityfp.com. Message and data rates may apply.
Tracking in our communications

We are not a lead generation business. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to other agents, marketers, or lead buyers. Our Privacy Policy governs how we handle personal information, and it is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
